Overall, my visit and stay was enjoyable. Other than the Keurig and cable TV not working, and jetted tub was not very clean, everything thing else was in good and clean condition.

This condo unit was our favorite so far! We have stayed at High Pointe for the past 5 years and were very impressed with both the quality & cleanliness of this home away from home. It was perfect for our family of 4, and had space for our friends to visit. We loved the proximity to the ocean & Crabby Steve’s for dinner. Also had extra beach chairs which was appreciated! The king mattress was one of the comfiest I have ever slept on. We were missing a toaster & had another minor service issue and Vacasa was super quick to respond, even on Saturday night & Sunday morning. Can’t recommend this rental enough!

We had a wonderful summer vacation with our family in Rosemary Beach, and this property was absolutely perfect for us! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—if not better. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable for our family, including our kids, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—a great spot to cool off and relax in between beach trips. Speaking of the beach, it was stunning! Having chairs and umbrellas provided made our beach days so easy and stress-free. We also really appreciated the two bicycles that came with the property—it was such a fun way to explore the area. We also loved having Crabby Steve’s just a short walk away. The food and drinks were delicious, and the casual, beachfront atmosphere made it one of our favorite spots during the trip. There’s also plenty to do right nearby—pickleball and tennis courts gave us more options for fun family activities when we weren’t at the beach or pool. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway in Rosemary.
