Spend your days swimming in the outdoor pool, enjoying seasonal beach service on the white sand a few steps away, and watching gorgeous sunsets from the comfort of your private balcony. The Dunes of Seagrove is beautifully located south of Scenic Highway 30A, just up from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. When you're not swimming, sunbathing, or collecting seashells, you can take lovely drives or bike rides on 30A. The center of Seagrove Beach is three miles west and the charming community of Alys Beach is four miles east. Important Property Update – Please Read Before Booking This resort is currently undergoing construction. Building A is open; however, they are currently finishing up balcony punch lists and painting the exterior of the building. They also still have to replace the North stair case windows. Buildings B and C remain under construction, with an expected end date of June 14th for the property. Our office is currently closed due to window replacements. The north and south pools are currently open, with certain pool deck areas blocked, due to scaffolding. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety. A safe, narrow pedestrian path to the beach has been established through the pools scaffolding. (via the north entrance). For your safety, please do not attempt to access the beach through the Building A or B garages. Do not move barricades; these are here for your safety.
