Step out onto the private balcony of this elegant beachfront condo in Seagrove Beach and enjoy views of our beautiful lagoon-style pool with the Gulf of Mexico as the backdrop. You can also enjoy partial Gulf views! Beautiful floors, natural light, and attractive furnishings combine to provide this home with a positive and inviting ambience throughout. Use the well-equipped kitchen to make a delicious meal to enjoy at the breakfast bar before heading out to enjoy the many resort amenities like the shared pools and pickleball and tennis courts. Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, Eastern Lake or Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A. Things to Know Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31.
READ BEFORE BOOKING: RESORT CONSTRUCTION AND PARKING UPDATE Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting. Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

This condo was the perfect location and the perfect vibe for our time at the beach. The decorations were so cozy and perfect. I loved the chair service, the bikes for our boys and the convenience to the beach. It was fabulous!
Great view and comfortable
We loved the decor! It was very well set up with everything we needed! So happy to have beach chairs included! We go to the Dunes every year and will strongly consider this unit again. Thank you!
It was our second time staying here. Always clean and well maintained. Convenient to everything, never a crowded pool and great, direct beach access. 104C is right off of the elevator, but always quiet and very nice. It has a good view, looking straight at the pool and ocean. It’s in a great neighborhood and short bike ride to Deer Lake park. It would be great, if the complex would offer golf cart charging, even with a small fee.
Ocean views and beautiful pool area, with great beach access and beach umbrella/chair service. Location between Eastern and Deer lakes makes a beautiful setting for walks and bike rides.
