See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A. I was disappointed in the condo. I have stayed in this building in the past in another condo that was already booked and I guess expected the same experience. However, the condo is listed as a having 3 sleeping areas with one being a bunk room. There was no closet, the top bunk was TOO high for our grandson of 6 years old to sleep on it and there was no door. I felt it was a bit deceptive when the Vacasa rep said it was listed as a bunkroom not a bedroom. Honestly I have stayed in other condo that had bunkrooms with closets and doors and a sleepable top bunk. The remote in the living room never worked and yes we did change batteries. There was no Keurig coffee machine FYI it you are looking. And finally, although it sleep 6-8 they only cheaply pay for 2 chairs at the beach and the chairs are $30 a day per chair per day so that added up. The other condo in the same building gave us 4 chairs, same number of sleeping. So it was fine just not as good as I have experienced a number of times in the same building.

We've probably returned to Dunes 9 or 10 times, this is a great location on the beach. Beach access on 30A is frustrating, but this condo has private access and plenty of space. The condo itself was immaculate: recently updated with nice furnishings and it was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is newly updated with lovely leather living room furnishings. The TV’s are very easy to operate, with cable, very much appreciated! The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with utensils, towels, soaps, toilet paper, a little more than just starter stuff in some instances. The pictures of the view from the condo do not do it justice, it is much better. Also fun to watch the comings and goings to and from the beach! The beach chair service is a BIG plus, a huge selling point for us, as well as free bicycle service if so desired. We brought our own. The only minus, is the sheets. They do not fit the bed and they are a struggle. Also, evenings were cool and an extra stocked blanket would have been greatly appreciated. Other, than that the condo is really great!!!
