The house is well placed. The beach is across the street. We enjoyed the tram service. We wish they would’ve run later, but the hours that they ran, it was really beneficial. Enjoyed the bikes that they had there. They had some beach chairs and outdoor shower at the house before you came in Pool access was great. The house itself was laid out very nicely And definitely can handle 10 guests easily. I would highly recommend it. The owners and service are very responsive overall.

The space in the house is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our group. The tram to the beach was a fun perk. The 4 pools were nice and clean but finding somewhere to sit - good luck. You have to get there very early to even hope for a chance at finding a chair or two for your family.

Amazingly beautiful and spacious home, great location and amenities. The pool area was beautiful and large with a bar and food for guests. The trams to the beach, shopping and restaurants was very accommodating. Such a gorgeous area! We lived our stay with 8 guests.

Loved this home, neighborhood & location! House was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 young adults & a toddler. There was room for additional kids if needed. Customer service was quick to reply with any questions via text and sent maintenance out ASAP when the fire alarm was beeping. Would definitely stay here again.

A group of 7 of us stayed at this house for my bachelorette trip to Rosemary Beach. We had a wonderful time and the house was a great fit for us! The beach house neighborhood is great, walking distance to town, and we loved the beach tram service. We did have an issue with a portion of the house’s lights not working on the first night, but the local staff promptly fixed it when we were at the beach the next day. The one area of improvement I would recommend is adding beach towels. For guests that fly in rather than drive, one beach towel can take up half a suitcase, so it would have been really nice if the house had a set to provide. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely book with Vacasa again!
