The bathroom includes upgraded tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room and bedroom each have a TV and DVD player. Things to Know Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge. We just got back from our vacation and have a lot of mixed emotions about our stay. While the view was awesome and the kitchen (excluding the fridge) and living room were very clean, we are still disappointed at how unclean the rest of the unit was given the price we paid. Starting in the bathroom, rusty shower curtain hooks were staining the shower curtain, the sink was missing a bezel on one of the handles, there was thick dust on the vent, and the shower head mount was old and rusting. Moving to the bedroom, the track the closet door slides on was absolutely disgusting with dust and brown grime. The bed was old and given out as well. There were scuffs on the wall throughout the whole unit as well. The fridge has a cheesy foot smelling odor coming out of it that we had to sanitize with wipes. A few other maintenance issues could be addressed as well. We contacted Vacasa about having someone come clean the unit during our stay not once but twice and both times we were told they will see what they can do about getting someone sent up but both times no one ever came. Again, for the price was paid (a little over $2800), I expect a cleaner property and someone to help resolve our issues when we ask. This property has some great things going for it but could be so much nicer if a big greedy corporation didn’t own it.
