Host a classic movie marathon in the spacious living area over the large TV with lots of microwave popcorn. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is so close (just a mile and a half away) and offers tons of awesome things to do at places like Campbell Lake where you can canoe, kayak, and paddleboard. We love High Pointe due to location, beach access and pickleball courts. The condo is a great size for a family of 4. Our boys appreciates the 2 queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen is nicely appointed. We had a couple of issues with WiFi annd another issue that was a Vacasa issue not the condos that we had to have addressed.

This condo was amazing and would highly recommend for any family with young kids! It’s located right by Rosemary within walking distance in Seacrest. It’s a gated condominium and has views of the beach. Everything is very accessible and the property is very well maintained. The layout of the rooms was perfect. They have a really nice private beach that is not overcrowded which is a huge plus because everywhere else is very crowded and the distance to walk from the condo to the beach is not so bad. There is also a pool in the middle. That’s really big and there’s a lot of fun for the kids. Another big plus is the Crabby Steve’s restaurant right on location at the top of the boardwalk which is super convenient and the food is really good. The only downside for our visit was the Wi-Fi was in and out, which could just be a temporary issue. They also only give you two trash bags and a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels so you definitely need to get some at the store. They usually offer that for free at other places that we stay but not a dealbreaker.
