Gulf-front 3-bedroom condo with balconies off each bedroom & pickleball

We love the view & the layout of the condo. The Beach access is great. Things need to be freshened up but we do love the Dunes of Seagrove.

Vacationed at Dunes many times and believe this unit is our new favorite. Love the beach view from all 3 King bedrooms with walk-in showers. Enjoy ease of having beach chairs and umbrellas for units.

We loved our stay at A210 last year so we decided to do it again this year! The condo has plenty of everything - dishes, towels, rooms, several types of patio furniture, everything. But the biggest of all is the view. You can’t beat it! Thank you all for sharing your amazing place. We’ll be back next year!

This condo has great views overlooking the beach/ocean and easy access to 30A. This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation.

Beach. Pool. Views.

We have stayed in this condo 3 times over the last 3 years. The condo is fine but things broken this year were also in need of repair last year. The light in the laundry room and the dishwasher door. WIndows dirty and impacted our views especially with the moisture. The wet slippery hallway floors are very dangerous. This is an ongoing problem in this building as it was a problem last year and they told us last year it was a new issue they were working on. The biggest issue is the fact that there is no one at the front desk with regularity anymore and this is truly a problem. We had another guest park in our space and because no one at front desk, we reached out to Vacasa. It took 36 hours to correct the situation. I am in a knee scooter with a broken foot and Vacasa told us not to park in another space and made us park by the front office which is 2 buildings away. Wouldn't tell us if another space was open in the garage and it was truly light on vacationers when we were there. I think it there was a property manager there, this would not have taken so long. Also we had a package delivered and because no property manager there, we had a heck of a time finding the package when it said " received by Christine" on Amazon???? The views are great and the balcony great. The hot tub is small especially as multiple buildings share it. Two good sized bedrooms and one small bedroom so if 3 couples, one definitely gets the short end of the stick.
