The Location is perfect. Literally seconds to the beach. Very clean quiet and so peaceful to be able to sit on balcony and watch the dolphins in the morning time and hear the waves crashing at night.

We had a fantastic stay here over Thanksgiving. The home was perfect, fully stocked and so cozy. They had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were stocked with towels and even had hand soap plus shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. TVs in every room with cable and access to streaming apps. Kitchen was fully stocked with all sorts of appliances utensils and dish towels and sponge and soap. We would definitely return here!

The toilet in the hall bathroom was not working upon our arrival. One call and maintenance was there promptly fixing the issue. Also, we added an additional night spur of the moment so on the original day of checkout the key code became invalid. One quick call and that issue was taken care of speedily.

So glad we found this. I was so tired of the hassles of Destin. It’s almost like this place is on an island. Not crowded. Not noisy at all. 201 is my newfound paradise. Thank you to the owners that so graciously shared their home. We will return but I want unit 201
