Expansive Beachfront Condo at Waterscape w a Shared Pool, Hot Tub, & Lazy River

This spacious, family friendly condo offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private and furnished, walkout balcony! Beautifully decorated in coastal blues and grays, this vacation rental compliments the resort and its surroundings. The condo has an open floor plan with an oversize, well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors, plus all utensils, cookware, and tableware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, while the open living area houses a comfortable queen sofa bed, a TV, and a DVD player. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool, lazy river, hot tub, and a fitness room. Things to Know Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape.
