Other features of this updated, nautical flair vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, upgraded cabinets and light fixtures, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, VCR, and a CD stereo system. The bedroom includes a TV and DVD player. Things to Know Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

We love the location of this condo close to everything in Fort Walton not too far from Destin at all we love that it’s right on the beach, everyone was very friendly. I feel very Safe and secure at this place with the gate and all the extra security precautions. The room was very clean and they provided enough bath tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for our whole trip ( I didn’t use the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) I had brought my own but my husband did and he loved it we had everything we needed for the kitchen and the view was amazing! I would recommend bringing your own comforter, the one that was on the bed when we went and felt like a hospital cover but that’s such a small detail would definitely stay here again

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here at Island Ecos. We love it there because of the view from our balcony and the rooms are beautiful especially 5P. Over all we love this place and we will go there for our next vacation.
