This Fort Walton Beach condo has a breathtaking coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit B206 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Inside, the furnishings and artwork have been professionally chosen with the beach in mind. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. The open living room houses a sofa bed, a large TV, and a DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features ultra-comfortable bedding, an en suite bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, and a personal TV. The second bedroom includes all the same features, ensuring comfortable sleeping quarters for everyone. This unit also offers a unique bunk area for extra accommodations. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Things to Know

Beach service is included from March through October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape.
