4th-floor, open, airy condo with Gulf Views- close to dining

The attention to detail, the beautiful, custom valences and curtains, plenty of hooks and the overall cleanliness. The office staff was kind and efficient.

The condo met all of our needs. The provided beach service is a plus. I don't think you should have to pay $15 to reserve you umbrella and chairs since it is part of your rental fees. I have been going to the Emerald Coast for over 50 years and never experienced this cost before. We have stayed in 4J before and it is a great condo.

Beautiful view of the gulf. Condo was very clean and had everything you need. Washer and dryer in room was a plus. Would definitely rent again. Smooth check in after hours. First time booking with Vacasa and it was a breeze.

This was our second trip to Island Echos. We love the location on the beach. It is a peaceful area away from the noise and crazy crowds. (We went mid September) We were in 4J and it was the perfect unit! It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Kitchen was well equipped as we like to make our own dinners and there was also shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the unit. We enjoyed going to Stewbies for lunch and buying fish and shrimp to cook at the rental. While we were there, someone above us had a water leak which leaked into our bathroom from the ceiling above. Response was excellent from Vacasa and had frequent discussions with their employees. Every Vacasa rental we have had seems to have great communication. We absolutely would recommend this unit at Island Echos.

We vacationed here with 2 adults and 3 children and we absolutely LOVED this over staying in a one room hotel! It was the perfect location right on the beach, we just walked out the back onto a little boardwalk to get to the beach steps away from our room. The pool was also really nice and there’s bathrooms nearby as well as vending machines if you need snacks while swimming. The free parking was also a bonus! The pictures really don’t do this place justice because it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed! There were plenty of dishes, appliances, kitchenware, to where we mostly ate there. They also supply shampoo and conditioner, there’s 3 TVS, so the kids had their own as well as their own bathroom which was nice! There were 2 smaller beds for the kids and one larger bed for us adults and our infant, we also had our own bathroom. Beach service was included in our stay as well so from the morning until 5PM you can get two chairs and an umbrella for free! The hosts were constantly sending text messages with information we needed during our stay, the wifi password, door codes, how to get beach service etc. I didn’t need to contact them at all because we had everything we needed! Theres 2 boardwalks with restaurants and shops just minutes away, a grocery store, target, aquarium, plenty to do if you’re considering this location of Ft. Walton. My only regret is not staying here longer because we had such an amazing time! I would absolutely recommend and stay here again in the future!
