This lovely Gulf-front condominium has a light casual Floridian feel and a wonderful view of courtyard by the pool with the Gulf of Mexico just beyond. The patio offers the perfect place to relax and take in the views or monitor the kids at the pool. Both the main bedroom and the living area have a French door out to the patio. This unit has a full size kitchen, with every appliance and amenity one would have in their own home. The living area offers a dining table for six, a comfortable sofa, a loveseat, and upscale tile. You will have all the comforts of home with two TVs, Two DVD players, and a CD stereo system. Make your next fabulous beach getaway at Huntington by the Sea, #103. THINGS TO KNOW Beach service is included from May to October. *There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

I’ve stayed at many condos and houses at the beach. This one was below standard, but the location made it worth it. The bare minimum is supplied during your stay and the biggest downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit (there isn’t even a laundry room on the same floor). That being said, to have the pool steps from the porch, and the beach a few steps further was incredibly convenient and made it worth the stay. I love there there isn’t a huge boardwalk to the beach with a lot of steps - very accessible for those with bad knees!

Unit was clean and was just a few feet to the steps oner the sand dune to the beach. Have an excellent view from the patio to the gulf. However with an after-hours 11:00 p.m. pool party one night was rather annoying (only 1 time occurrence during our stay). The staff during the day does a wonderful job of maintaining the grounds. Overall we'd stay here again.
