Guests especially loved the beautiful gulf and ocean views from the room, balcony, living area, and bedroom, along with the soothing sound of the waves. Repeated highlights include the clean pool, gated setting, functional kitchen, and entertainment features that helped make stays easy and enjoyable.

Overview

Huntington by the Sea 303 is located on the third floor, providing unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico from the spacious, private balcony. This condo also has a sofa bed in the den area. Upon entering, you will fall in love with the gorgeous tile floor and exquisite décor throughout, along with the added convenience of having a washer and dryer combination in the unit. Towards the entrance, you will find the guest bedroom on your right, which leads to its own private bathroom featuring a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you will find the well-equipped, spacious and tastefully decorated kitchen on your left which opens directly into the dining area and living room. The dining room table seats up to six guests comfortably, perfect for the whole family. The living room has a large television along with a DVD player and endless DVD rentals. Take a glance directly out to the crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches from your large balcony. There is also plenty of furniture available on the balcony to enjoy the warm breeze or watch the sun rise and set each day. Huntington by the Sea offers a perfect getaway atmosphere, offering a large seasonally heated outdoor pool, a beach gazebo and on-site laundry facilities for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Beach service is included from May to October. *There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

The room was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathrooms and floors in particular. The room was missing some modern amenities like ICE maker in freezer & keurig. The table and chairs were rusty and uncomfortable outdoors. And after reporting POOP on the stairwell to the lady in office- it was never cleaned up. (stairwell coming up and down from the beach/pool to our room) We also tried using the restroom closest to the pool and it was so nasty I wouldn't let me daughter use it. Besides the cleanliness- we DID like this location and beach set up is the best we've had in this area. We would stay at Huntington By the Sea again, but will be trying a different room next time. The condo itself was also VERY small compared to others we've stayed in for the same/similar price.

So disappointed. Used Vacasa 3 times and this time was the last. Huntington by the Sea is a great place to stay with great people and amenities but our room was dirty, stained, and no air. Reported and nothing corrected until last day after we had called numerous times begging for help. We hope no one ever has to deal the property management company Avari.

The condo was clean except for some areas behind toilets and hair on floor. We enjoyed a beautiful view from the balcony. The room has mirrors for one wall to make it appear bigger although it still is a great size for a small family. The balcony door was broken and would not lock. They only had a note on the door and I called to get it fixed but it was not, which is not safe if you have children. The bathroom drains were clogged, I tried to tell the property team about it but nothing was done so I unclogged it myself. The shower had minimal pressure. One shower head was sticking out the wall and the other shower head had masking tape around it. The cloth couch seemed very dirty and old. The place was just run down for the price. Otherwise the kitchen was nice and the beach area was not a crowded area so that was fantastic!
