Welcome to an impeccable condo on the fourth floor that offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline and lagoon-style pool. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area! The well-equipped kitchen and living area, decorated in earthy tones, offer an open concept with plenty of space for the entire family. Enjoy the breathtaking views of High Pointe from the balcony. The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than 0.2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

The condo was beautiful, love the view of the pool and gulf. Everything was clean with modern appliances. From the pool area you have private access to the beach. Crabby Steve’s located between the pool and beach has great food, drinks and service. Love the location with nearby restaurants and souvenir shops that was within walking distance and Publix grocery that you had to drive to. Also a plus was the property has a gate access with security at the booth.

Condo has been updated very nicely. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. Could use better patio furniture. It’s not comfortable at all especially for seniors. The pool is excellent love the beach.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo at High Pointe! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from the beach, and we loved having access to the gorgeous resort-style pool and Crabby Steve’s right on property. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The beds were cozy, and the view from the balcony was stunning — especially at sunset. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’re so grateful to have stayed here. Can’t wait to come back!
