Beach Peach' is the perfect vacation getaway offering additional sleeping space and lots of room! This two-story, three-bedroom, three-bath home is beautifully decorated with Florida decor and features a second-floor sitting room for quiet relaxation, a large front porch, balcony, master bath Jacuzzi, grill, and stacked washer/dryer. Conveniently located close to the beach. Parking is limited to the driveway only. No streetside parking is allowed at any time. THINGS TO KNOW: Wristbands are required to be worn at the pool and beach during the season (Mar-Oct) and can be purchased from the beach vendors located at the beach pavilion for $30.

If you have lots of things to do outside of the house, this is the place for you. The facility could use a refresh and/or attention to details. It would not take much to put it back in good shape.

The property is not well-maintained. The furniture had visible stains, the rug was dirty, and there was a cigarette burn on the dresser. There was also an insufficient supply of toilet paper and hand towels. Additionally, I found a broken chair in the patio area.

The townhouse is comfortable and had plenty of space. The bathrooms are a bit dated and the home could use a little TLC.

The house was beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. The couch was spacious enough for the whole family to kick back and enjoy a movie together.
