High Pointe W43 - Gulf Front Condo

This condo was fantastic! Beautiful balcony ocean view in a great location in walking distances to shops, and restaurants. Although it’s right on the ocean, be prepared to walk and climb stairs/ramp to get to and from the beach. The condo was spotless and well maintained.

Nice place, not far from anything. The beds could be replaced did not get much sleep due to them not being comfortable. You have the basics for cooking which was nice but no hand soap in bathrooms for use to wash hands.

Everything about the Unit -- other than absence of WiFi/Internet.

We enjoyed staying in High Pointe W43 this past week. The 4th floor unit was large, beautiful and clean. It has a Keurig coffee maker, a good refrigerator and washer and dryer, and was well-equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. The view was exceptional and access to the beach was easy. There is a nice glass table and chairs on the patio to enjoy morning coffee or dinner. High Pointe has a wonderful, very large swimming pool which is well maintained. A small starter kit was there waiting for us with a little dishwashing soap, laundry soap, sponge, paper towels and toilet paper. But bring plenty yourself! During our stay there was a bit of construction being done but it was not bothersome at all. The Vacasa Office was very close to the front entrance. Your blue security bracelets must be returned here at the conclusion of your visit. Security appeared tight and was present at the entrances. I would stay in this unit again. The red ceiling that you see on the website is gone and is painted like the rest of the living room. The entire unit may have been recently painted because it looked pretty good. It was a very enjoyable week.

This unit is exceedingly clean and very comfortable. My only complaint is the coffee maker. It must be the cheapest one on the market. Every morning, no matter how careful I was, my coffee was full of grounds. Not what you want when you’re on the balcony looking at the wonderful view. I was sent the wrong codes for the Internet and Wi-Fi, but after a couple of phone calls, that issue was resolved. All in all, I highly recommend this unit.
