This is our second time to rent at high pointe and you can’t beat the location and the ease of having direct access to the beach. This unit has great views, but the deck is located just above the pool equipment so it’s pretty loud when you want to sit outside. The furniture is a bit older and could use a refresh, the TVs made all very small…. Maybe 27 inch…. More like a computer screen. Those would be easy and cheap to replace. Also the hair dryer is very old and doesn’t really work, we had to go buy a new one, along with beach towels and a couple pillows as the pillow in the unit are very stiff and all similar. Over all we really enjoy this location, we may look for another unit next year that is more updated….. thankfully there was a Walmart in Panama City that we were able to go to and purchase those items to make it an enjoyable trip.

We have been staying by at High Pointe for years now. We love the huge pool and easy beach access. The room its self was just ok. It was clean, but it could use some renovating. The carpet tack strip is exposed in the doorway to the guest bathroom and my kids kept stepping on it. The carpet in general needs to be redone. It looks original to the apartment.

We love High Pointe so you really can’t go wrong. This home is cozy and has all of the things you need for a pleasant stay. We had a great trip!
