Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area! This coastal retreat has been recently updated with all-new mattresses and a living room couch. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and amenities you could want to create something wonderful for your guests. Serve them up some freshly caught seafood at the large dining table or out on the spacious balcony. Throw in a DVD to enjoy a romantic movie or watch your favorite shows with someone you love on any of your vacation home's TVs, all of which have streaming capabilities. Then, head down to the beach for a long evening walk along the shoreline. Visit Deer Lake State Park, only three and a half miles away, for rare birds and other wildlife, plus lots of fantastic canoeing and kayaking. Grayton Beach State Park is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail and less than 10 miles away for awesome hiking and lake swimming at a coastal dune lake. After drying off, grab a beer at Grayton Brew Pub right next door. Visit Seaside, just eight miles away, to see where the Truman Show was filmed.

Family vacation with 4 kids! This unit was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. The only thing it lacked was cooking utensils, but luckily we were prepared from our experience with a different unit last year. Would definitely recommend High Pointe Resort! Direct access to the beach and the resort style pool was amazing! Security and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! Huge shout out to the lady who cleaned took care of the pool and other things on the grounds. She was amazing and the pool was always pristine!

We have stayed at high pointe maybe 6 times now. We love staying there… I will say this unit was not my favorite. The kitchen appliances are all falling apart. The pans were so sticky.. it was hard to cook on. And a lot of the cooking utensils were broken. I suggest they replace these items! Also, the standing showers are not made for tall people. My husband is 6’7 and he had to squat to shower. One more thing to note is if you stay here.. I suggest bringing your own bedding. The comforters are as thin as sheets. It was hard to get comfortable. But the place was very clean and the service checking in and out were great. Besides the showers, most of these other issues are an easy fix! Hopefully the owner sees this for future guests! We will definitely be using Vacasa again!

This was our third stay at High Pointe, and this unit was spacious, very clean, and offered beautiful views of both the pool and the Gulf. The kitchen was well-appointed, the patio furniture was great, and we loved soaking up the afternoon sun from the loungers while our 2 year old napped. The TVs had all the channels we wanted and the wifi was excellent, which was a bonus. We weren’t notified about the construction at the time of booking. Throughout the week, there were nails, screws, and other sharp debris in the outdoor corridor, and while the noise was mostly tolerable, it was quite loud for two days of our stay. The primary bed sags noticeably in the middle, and the sofa is very soft with little support. That said, we would definitely consider booking this unit again, especially if we learn the mattress has been updated. Overall, a great stay with beautiful views and a lot to enjoy!
