Dog-friendly home with pool, patio, & washer&dryer

The cottage was super cute. The pool was steps from the front door. The beach is a short, pleasurable walk. The home was clean. There were games under the TV console for entertainment. The back patio was a nice place to relax. The bunk room was cute but I think the space would be even better if they did away with the bunk bed and put either 2 double beds or 1 double and 1 twin, side-by-side. The climb to the twin on top of the double bunk was narrow and steep. It would have also be beneficial to have had a few extra blankets/linens, and a few basics in the kitchen like aluminum foil, salt-pepper, etc. None of those things were present. The bathrooms were well stocked with body-wash, shampoo, etc. It is also worth nothing there are no beach towels or beach chairs for use, you'll need to bring your own. Ample parking for 2 mid-size vehicles and a golf-cart. WIFI was spotty. Vacasa was great. Offered late check-out for a reasonable extra fee - which we enjoyed. Overall 4 star. Would return!

This little cottage tucked away but minutes from the beach was a great way to relax for a few days. The pool is just a few steps out of the front door. It was a great stay.

The house was exceptionally clean. . It was perfect for a couple with a small pet. The furnishing were very nice and it has a small fenced backyard.

We absolutely loved the house, the amenities and the proximity to the beach. What is so frustrating is the property management. This is the second time we’ve encountered an issue with Vacasa. The assistance you get comes from a call center that is not local. They offer no solutions to immediate problems and tell you they will call back the next day. The first time this happened we couldn’t get in the house because the instructions weren’t clear and they told us we had to wait till the next day…in the driveway of the house. This time a fold out bed was broken that should have been inspected by the property managers before we arrived and so we were short a place to sleep. They told us to wait until the next day. Then brought an air mattress that didn’t stay inflated. Also promised to return part of my payment for not having a bed and have yet to do that. It’s very sad for the property owners who have great houses but leave the guests frustrated because of Vacasa’s bad service.

Had a great trip with my family. The pull out couch does not work which would be my only concern if you are wanting another bed to sleep in

The location was perfect. Restaurants, beach and shops very close and easily gotten to by bicycle or walking Can’t wait to come back
