Great location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of room for a small family or group of friends. Easy walk to the beach and a few local restaurants.

We chose this place as we were going to have three adult couples come on this trip and it was perfect because it had three king size beds. The photos always look good on the listings but the photos didn’t do this home justice! It was beautiful and had tall ceilings and clean/neutral colors. Would definitely stay here again! Close to Grayton Beach State Park and within reasonable walking distance to Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery, Shake Shack and the beach! Only down side was only two full baths. One in master and one to share for the two additional rooms. The beds/mattresses were the most comfortable vacation bed I’ve ever slept in!

We had a great stay! The property was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for. Only suggestion for improvement: the pillows could be better, and it would be great to have extra blankets available. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
