Enjoy it from your extra-long private balcony that's furnished for looking out on the waves over morning coffee. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, as well as a breakfast bar perfect for casual meals before heading down to the beach. The condo is completely oceanfront, so it won't be far to walk. The private washer/dryer set will ensure that your bathing suit is ready when you are. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for guest comfort, and room-darkening shades provide a peaceful sleep. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay. THINGS TO KNOW Parking will be limited to 1 car per unit.  There is a $35+tax fee for parking at One Seagrove Place. VRPAccess system will send guests a registration email to register and pay for their parking passes online. No golf carts, trailers, jet skis, or boats allowed. The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. Snowbird-friendly. Contact for details. Beach service is not included. Beach chairs are available to rent with the vendor on the beach.

Please be aware per the HOA there is a $35 vehicle registration fee that covers your parking pass.  Guest will be sent a registration email prior to arrival to complete and pay the parking fee.
