The Pointe 3-341

This property is so close to being great. The pool was the only thing that was on Pointe. Evertything else was just a bit run down, the grills outside had door falling off, the tv area never had remotes and the rooftoop was not inviting as it had emergnecy exit only signs on it. Elevator in building 1 was also broken and out of service. The property it self was nice and was close to being great as well. The Main bedroom bath had mold, looks like it was treated before our stay and still smelt like bleach and had not been repainted. The ice machine in fridge didnt work. Finally the doors to two of the bedrooms didnt latch amoung some other doors. Honeslty this unit has potential to be awesome but it was missing a bit!

Toaster didn't work, no wine opener, had to borrow from next door and no oven mitts but other than that condo was great and very clean.

Location is great.

This complex was not operational and fire department said it had been condemned. They said they were told not to respond to a fire. No one told us this. The complex was closed with no maintenance, housekeeping,restaurant was closed,no management, pool was out of service, tv’s had no programs, we had water and a bed for 4night stay. Called Vacasa and the management number with no answer or call back. There were only about 4 rentals rented and I owner. At the complex. Called vaca back after we checked out and they were unfriendly and gave us 25 credit for pool not working. We will be charging this back on credit card with legal action if needed. This was a destination wedding and you simply made bad experiences for this stay.

Family oriented without having to battle beach crowds on private beach. Great small town vibe with incredible local businesses to support. Have visited multiple years in a row and will return again.
