Cozy studio near the beach w/bright interior, shared pool, & prime location

I booked less than 24 hours before checking, so for some reason, I didn't get the email with the information about my check in. I arrived to some Vacasa office. I called customer service and the agent took care of me guiding me on the phone until he made sure that I was safely inside the property. The place was sparkling clean, and very well equipped with everything one needs to have an enjoyable vacation. Pictures of the property are exactly as the property is. The amenities are super with the heated pools and the Jacuzzi. I can't recommend this property enough. I definitely would stay in this property again and again🙂!

Room is in a great location within the community! The studio is quite basic, but adequate for a quick stop. Many store and restaurants closed because of being off season.

The village of south Walton was a nice location with close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The condominium was clean and comfortable.

Apt. very nice and comfortable, location very accessable. Stayed for three nights non of which did we have TV service. It so happens that I called inmediately on the first day (Tuesday) and supposely they made a ticket for technition to come. He didn't. Called the following day (Wendsday), same. So I went to their offices across the street and spoke to Johana, very nice lady and helpful even thou the Manager there is was not the one in charge of this unit. But made notations for someone to come and service. But still this night, no TV. The Tech came (Thursday) and said, wifi is working and made all the appropiate trouble shooting. So then I asked about the TV's and router, etc. He says, "oh, these are old and the TV's are not SMART TV'S I came to this unit on April, May, June and July and made a note about this issue". So I asked, well then, why don"t you upgrade them? His answer was negative because they only supply wifi. and TV's are up to the owner. Bottomline, 3 nights without TV service. Called the Manager of the unit and mentioned the situation and answer was she new nothing about that. So I said, they had been to service so many times before and no one made the write questions. Waiting on a refund for these three nights???? In addition, noticed the floors were not cleaned. And, the ad for the unit said it had 2 parkings but after I paid, reservation confirmation said it was parking on a first come, first serve. We did not have an issue cause mostly we used our bikes but . . .

I loved how quiet and cozy it was. Very relaxing space to unwind. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach, shops, food, and coffee just minutes away. Everything I needed was right there!
