2nd-floor condo near beach with outdoor pool, tennis, balcony, washer&dryer, AC

We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn't be better—just cross the street, and you're at the beach access. The beach is beautiful, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The freshwater shower at the beach access was a great convenience, allowing us to rinse off the sand from our feet and body after enjoying the beach. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the shower was amazing after spending the day at the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and all the kitchen essentials made our stay easy and enjoyable. The pool area was also great and was always clean and well-maintained. The parking area is located underneath the building, and we never had any trouble finding a parking spot during our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful details around the property, such as the water hose near the building entrance by the stairs, which was very useful for cleaning beach chairs, carts, and other items before bringing them inside. The location is also very convenient for groceries and dining. There is a Publix about 7 minutes away by car and a Walmart around 17 minutes away. There are also some restaurants and casual food options nearby, and the small town center with shops and restaurants is only about an 8-minute drive from the apartment. We truly felt at home and had a wonderful beach vacation. The property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great beach getaway. We are already looking forward to next summer and will definitely come back to stay at this same apartment again!

This was not the most luxurious condo I have ever stayed in but I loved being 5 mins from the beach, close to great Restaurants and Ice Cream. Seaside was only 1.9 miles away which would be great for walking, biking or auto. If you want to rent a Golf Cart do it in advance of your stay! It would have been way easier that then SUV for some parking situations! I would stay again. Master bed is VERY comfortable. I hope they replace the sleeper sofa soon.

This is a great second floor condo unit above shops and businesses. Close to a nearby nail salon, Mexican restaurant, clothing, stores, etc. Great location. Comfortable bed. No complaints.

This place is small but comfortable and pleasant. It's just across the street from public beach access. A pizzeria and a Mexican restaurant are at the edges of the property. There's one elevator and two stairways. The condo is nicely decorated. The bath and a half are connected and very nice. There is a large dresser in the bedroom and hooks on some of the doors instead of closet space for clothes. The covered balcony overlooks the shops and parking. The bed is large and comfortable. A variety of streaming services are available on the TV. The AC works great. Several restaurants, including The Perfect Pig, are nearby and a Publix is a short drive. I enjoyed the stay here and would stay again.

Perfect for us as a couple. The place was really clean, easy to park, and a easy quick walk to public beach access. Easy access getting into and out of 30A to main highways, convenient to both Seaside & Alys.

The location was great and easy to get to the water! The public swimming area was crowded at points but we found space and had a great time. The condo was clean and loved having a washer and dryer. We would recommend and would love to go again and stay here.
