Redfish Village is located on Scenic Highway 30A in the community of Blue Mountain Beach, one block from the white sand and the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The shores of Big Redfish Lake are mere steps away, as are a number of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. You'll also be within an easy walk or bike ride of Gulf Place Town Center and Grayton Beach State Park. You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!
ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.
REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly. SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly. FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST. FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor. COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level. POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed. QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you! RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation. AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on. RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area. BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability. LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve. PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately. THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on. FAQS: If we are flying in, do you offer an airport shuttle? No, we recommend 30A ON DEMAND Is there any food in the vacation home? No. All open food products including salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning and coffee are thrown out after every check-out. Is there an ice maker on the property? No, every unit has a refrigerator with an ice maker Is there daily housekeeping service? No. Is the pool heated? No. Is there a crib? No. Crib Rental Companies: Crib Connection, Beach Baby. Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to guest arrival Is children day care or nanny service available? No, if you need someone to watch an elder or children, you can contact “Nurse or Nanny home health” Is there a church or chapel at the resort? No, the closest church is PCB First Assembly of God. The church is 0.6 miles away and has a Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM with a complimentary dinner from 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM Sunday worship 10:30 AM What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM. Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel. CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.

My friends and I had the best time reconnecting at Redfish! So many great amenities and places around the village .. walkable and near via car. We’ll definitely be back!
The condo was beautiful and super clean upon arrival. Everyone was super helpful and the area is so fun! Perfect for both adults and children.
This condo was nice and clean and perfect for our family of 3. We could walk to the beach and great eateries were within walking distance. We especially enjoyed redfish taco that was within the redfish village community. The pool was great as well!
This was a great location!! The condo was clean and well stocked. Easy beach access with outdoor showers and bathrooms. It was an easy walk, however, the shuttle is available if needed. We did opt to rent chairs and umbrellas so we had no issues with beach setup. If you choose to bring your own there was plenty of room at the water line to set up if allowed. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED so bring your own. Red Fish Taco was amazing!!!
The condo was clean and convenient to everything we did. I loved how close to the beach it was and the shuttle to go to and from the beach.
