We stayed the week after Christmas which was a cold weather week. Our condo had hvac issues, heat quit working, and we had a horrible time reaching anyone at Vacasa for repair. We tried every number given to us, we left messages, emailed, sent text and got no response and this was during business hours. We went online trying to find additional contact info. The numbers we found reached the same call center where we’d left messages. On one attempt we waited on hold for over an hour for someone to pick-up. It was 57 degrees inside when a tech finally arrived. His repair was short lived as the unit burned wiring when it restarted so we had to start the contact process all over again to get him back out for another repair - calling calling calling. I’ve booked through Vacasa for years but never really needed major help / service. With local Vacasa offices closed and everything directed to an out of town / out of country? call center, makes it difficult. This was not a good experience.

The view is fantastic, also the access to the beach is an added plus. The amenities were adequate and then some. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The ocean view from the balcony and the very easy access to the beach are both amazing. The included setup of 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas during season was so perfect too.

We enjoyed our time staying in #21. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrellas that were included was a very nice plus. The location is perfect. The access to the beach was convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Love the location of #21. The beach view especially at sunset, is amazing. Access to private beach and complimentary umbrella/chairs are perfect for a relaxing vacation. Thanks to the Vacasa Team who are very accommodating and with quick response to any questions or situations that arise. The condo is full of amenities, very comfortable and spacious. Another perfect bday celebration. We cannot wait to return soon.
