What's nearby: Beachgoers will fall in love with the location of this charming abode as it's only a short walk away from the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Find plenty of dining options as you stroll along Hwy 30A. The nearby Deer Lake State Park is a great place to visit if you're into outdoor activities. There you can take scenic hikes, bike, kayak, and paddleboard. Eastern Lake is less than two miles away and is a safe alternative to the Gulf for children; try your hand at paddleboarding, kayaking, and floating around in the lake. There are two pools located in Grove by the Sea community. Tennis courts/pickleball courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. One pool is located at the entrance on N. Andalusia Ave. The second pool and tennis court is located off Cullman Avenue, back side of community.

We loved our stay at this vacation home! It was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and just a short distance from the beach, which made it the perfect spot for a beach-town vacation. We’d happily stay here again!

We stayed in this neighborhood with 8 other families renting this house and 3 large homes. This house had all the kitchen appliances you could need for a beach vacation, great open space with plenty of seating for everyone to hang in the same space. We had more beach chairs, bikes and toys than all of the other houses my friends rented. Only thing missing is cable TV in the bedrooms. A DVD TV in each room does no good if we didn't know to bring DVD's and there aren't a bunch of DVD's there to pick from.

Every touch point, from reviewing the property on line to speaking with a representative close to rent date, was over-the--top service and responses! I have to admit I was waiting for the dreaded "gotcha" and it never surfaced and what a beatiful, well-kept home with all the amenities and decore; so warm and cozy. My family made me promise we would come back; an easy promise to keep!

We have a wonderful experience here over a long weekend, it was practically perfect. Only little downside for us, was there are no ceiling fans in two of the three bedrooms. There were two small plug in fans provided but only one worked. Otherwise excellent. Location is perfect, home amenities plentiful, and very clean upon arrival.
