Welcome to this bright, ground-floor condo located in the beautiful 30A community of Seagrove Beach. This charming retreat is perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo escape, placing you a few minutes' walk from the sugar-sand beach and the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The pool will be heated from March 6 through April 12, 2026. This garden-level condo sits half a block north of 30A itself, and less than a quarter-mile stroll from two beach access points. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking long walks along the coastline, or hop on your bikes for an easy ride to Seaside (two miles up the coast) on the Timpoochee Trail. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool on the grounds when you're ready to cool off or soak up the sun, as well as several great restaurants within walking distance. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a relaxed, beachy atmosphere, full of natural light and furnishings inspired by the coast. The living area provides a comfortable, centrally air-conditioned space to unwind after a day of exploration, while the patio offers a serene spot to enjoy the warm Florida weather. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area where you can sit down for homemade meals and after-dinner card games, and a private washer/dryer to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay. Five stars for the location and cleanliness of the Villa; every detail was very well thought out and we enjoyed the large comfortable bed. The beach access was 2 minutes away... shorter if driving!! Gorgeous, clean beach and the ocean was stunning (go early for parking and a good spot on the beach) 5 minutes to the restaurants, shopping, and boutiques...which were amazing; only downside was a little noisy from the unit above...otherwise a perfect trip, 30A is an A+++ vacation

This is a great location centered in the middle of 30A. We were able to bike in either direction and enjoy all of 30A! Even if you don’t have a bike you can walk to the beach, restaurants and be close to it all! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and has a nice balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The property looks as if it was just renovated as the grounds were maintained nicely. The only thing we didn’t like was hearing the upstairs tenants every move. There isn’t a lot of insulation between the floors and we could hear everything. Otherwise, it was a perfect spot for a long weekend!

We loved the cleanliness, nearness and layout of pool. Quiet facility, easy walk to the beach and extremely close to restaurants and shopping. Our favorite spots were The Red Bar, Wild Olives, The Donut Hole and Pecan Jack’s (best ice cream). Perfect place for a small dog with lots of opportunities to walk him. Great place to go for a recharge!!
