Second Floor Condo with High-Speed WiFi, Washer&Dryer, Central AC, & Full Kitchen

This was a perfect location for an enjoyable off season stay on 30A! The unit was well laid out and updated with a comfortable king bed. The living space had a new coffee table and a couple of club chairs, which made it a welcoming area to enjoy family / friend time. The kitchen had all amenities and appliances needed and it was really nice to have an in unit washer/dryer. Very close beach access, and an ideal walkable/bikeable/drivable distance from Seaside. Would definitely stay here again!

Last minute booking, was fine

The location of the house is great. It is renovated and has a nice kitchen. The place is very small. We struggled finding somewhere to put a pack and play. Not the nicest finishes of somewhere I’ve stayed on 30A but it was fine. Vacasa was helpful with the issues we had and responded quickly.

This property was just what we needed. Clean, close to the beach, centrally located on 30a. From the outside / architecture it is an older property. However , the inside was nicely renovated. The a/c worked great. So if your more into the beach and outdoor activities and dont care that the outside doesn’t looks like a multimillion dollar property designed by a famous architect then you will like this place.

Really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Serenity. It's an older building, but this unit seems to have been recently remodeled and was nice. It's simple, clean, and really close to the beach. One tip - we had an issue (the bathroom sink didn't drain) and Vacasa really didn't seem interested in helping us out. We contacted them multiple times via phone and through their text program...at one point they suggested we go to the hardware store to get stuff to fix the issue. Instead, we noticed a ring doorbell on the unit and we asked the ring doorbell to help us get it fixed. We got back from the beach a couple hours later and it worked! So...if Vacasa is slow moving to help you with an issue, try the ring doorbell, haha!
