Palacio 1004 is a welcoming condo located in Perdido Key, boasting incredible Gulf-front views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters. This 10th-floor condo offers beachy-themed décor, comfortable furnishings, and a truly “at home” ambiance. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms, each including a TV and access to an en suite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, and all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather at the dining table for special meals. Find matching furnishings and beach-chic décor, as well as a TV and DVD player in the living area. You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

This is a great condo. It is beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. We had all of the items we needed for cooking. The hall bathroom is a little tight and the fridge door doesn't open all the way because it is close to the wall. Neither are deal breakers. We have always had good luck with this rental company and have rented from them many times, however, we did struggle with communication this trip. The texting app does not work with specific requests.

The room was fine except for a small stain on the main bed sheet. Loved all the space. Only thing I would change is remove the worn rugs. No rugs at all is best. Did NOT like parking across the street!!! Did not like only two elevators for incoming/outgoing guests and pool/beach access. Too many rules with the ”house” beach umbrellas. They took up most of the optimum space on the sand and guests were not allowed to have their stuff near them. We were asked to move and I heard several other guests being asked to move. Even guests who had their chairs at the water’s edge. Will not be returning.
