This efficiency, Islander 204, is gulf-front and located on the 2nd floor of the phase 1 building with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is set up much like a hotel room with a kitchenette that includes a microwave and refrigerator, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The queen sofa bed is a light mauve with decorative pillows. Also, you have a queen bed with wicker furniture. The unit includes a TV, DVD player and internet access. Pretty room, on the beach, which was wonderful! Room is like a small hotel room, so better for one or maybe two people max. The building’s heating and AC is an issue, probably not in the hot summer or the cold winter, but in the in between seasons, as it’s regulated by the outdoor temp and won’t let you use the AC at certain temps. Otherwise, great location, beautiful beach!
