Cozy beachfront condo with beach setup - near shopping!

We have stayed at Island Echos for 29 years or so. We have stayed in most of the rooms floor 5 and up. This year we stayed in 5NO. Not a terrible room but not wonderful. Carpet is outdated and just dirty from all the sand. Couches are not very comfortable. The room with the bunk beds, mattresses are hard! No fans in any of the rooms. We had family members in the room below us and it was beautiful!! Disappointed that Island Echos no longer has shopping carts to help bring groceries up. We could only find 2 luggage carts for the whole building.

We loved this Condo, very spacious, cozy and the view was amazing. We will definitely be renting this condo again. Thank you for everything!!!!!!

My sister and I recently stayed for a week in 5NO and had a wonderful stay. The furnishings are comfortable and homey/beachy, with nice art throughout the condo. The balcony furniture is also nice, featuring a long table with both bench seating and chairs. The interior furniture isn't upscale, but that was nice because we didn't feel that we had to worry about expensive fabrics or finishes getting marred. The balcony is huge with a direct gul-front view, and the master bedroom also walks out onto the balcony through a slider in addition to the slider in the living room. This unit isn't above the pool, which was nice for our visit, as we're both older ladies and booked the unit for the size of the balcony and in order to watch the Gulf of Mexico, not to watch people in the pool. I had a small issue and talked to the front desk via text, and they resolved the issue immediately & to my satisfaction. They were ON IT! I had a couple more questions throughout our stay and the response time to texts while the office is open is excellent, and they were very nice both times. The pool is in great shape and is easy to access from the elevators, just down a couple of short hallways, and it's on the way to the beach. The elevators worked great and are a nice size. The parking lot is well lit and the property itself is easy to find. We had a great stay, and I recommend the property!

Beautiful home, well stocked with everything we needed. Local management team called us to make sure everything was ok. We reported a couple of minor issues and she offered to come out to fix right away. We declined since they were minor and did not hinder our group from having a good time! We will definitely return! Thank you!

This condo is great for a family! It was clean, comfortable, and the location on the beachfront was fantastic! The shower in the master bath was amazing! It made it super easy to rinse all the kiddos after the beach! If I could say anything negative, we had to wait for the cleaners to finish cleaning even though it was after 4, but we atleast knew it was cleaned well! Also, one of the doors on the laundry area was broken and just stuck beside the washer and the keurig didn’t seem to work. All little things that didn’t bother us. All in all, it was a great beach vacation with my family! One thing I will say is that we got some conflicting texts and info about checkout instructions and wifi instructions. The WiFi info sent via app and text was incorrect, but there was a booklet in the unit that provided the correct info.

The kitchen was well stocked with things needed to cook. Parts of the condo could use some updating and there is carpeting in the bedroom and living room which surprised me but still very clean and maintained. Beds were comfy. Free umbrella and chairs made for an easy beach stay. View from the balcony was great! I would stay in this condo again.
