Beachfront condo with pool & tennis courts - quick drive to dining

The place looked nice from the pictures online. Some of the condo was remodeled and looked pretty. When we arrived the couch had multiple food stains and other stains on the cushions. The laundry room smelled so bad like sewage. We notified maintenance and they were suppose to come and clean. They showed up and sprayed bleach in the washer which didn’t help. Nobody ever came to clean cushions so we didn’t sit on the sectional at all. A day after the bathroom switch went out in one of bathrooms, we called maintenance and nobody ever came to fix it. We finally realized it was something with the breaker. The carpet in the bedrooms were stained. My daughter ended up going to buy bedding for her room because she was concerned with the cleanliness. I’m not normally picky but I was very disappointed in the cleanliness.

Steps to the beach. Loved the beach chairs that come with the property. Gated parking was a plus. Beach was great, the water was perfect and no crowds. Had a great family vacation!

This condo is the biggest condo we have ever stayed in at the beach. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths-enough room for everyone. The living area was bigger than a normal condo. The kitchen was stocked with all essentials and had great pantry space for the groceries we bought. We would definitely stay here again! Such a great location, close to the stair well and close to the pool and beach. The air conditioner worked great and was cool. The other two bedrooms could use a ceiling fan-that would be nice to keep the air moving. The master bedroom was very spacious with your own door to the deck. The master bathroom is so BIG, and the shower was amazing! The deck was very spacious, we enjoyed eating our lunches and dinners that we made out there on the high top table. The furniture is the best out there, we spent a lot of time out there overlooking the beach.

The view is amazing. The living room area, master bedroom and kitchen were beautiful. We enjoyed the condo, however there were a few things in the condo that need to be fix. There was mold on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms. I believe there may be a small leak. One of the back bedrooms had a broken lamp. Both back bedrooms seem to not have good air flow. The back two rooms would stay hotter than the rest of the condo and you couldn’t feel any air in them. The hallway bathroom does not close probably( it doesn’t latch).

The three bedroom, three bath condo worked excellent for our family of six! Everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which worked great. The views were studying from the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is large and has plenty of seating. The beach chairs and umbrella was a nice perk. The kids enjoyed Pickleball and shuffleboard. The only thing I have to say is there are no condiments (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) in the condo. The location is in great proximity to restaurants and the pier.

i’ve stayed here with my fiance last year and we loved the location. our room in our condo was on the end right next to the main air condition unit for that floor so it was instantly hot and we had to sleep in the living room. but being comfortable here and able to book (i’m only 23) i booked this condo again for my bachelorette trip and we were over the moon satisfied. everything was great, clean, homey, comfortable, etc. ONLY THING was none of the cleaning staff seemed to be bothered by one lady in the staff BELTING out songs at 7:00 in the morning. definitely didn’t need an alarm clock that day, we heard it from our room and were pretty upset. but other than that it was awesome.
