There is a full-size washer/dryer for your use. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops, including a wine cube and stemware rack. Full-size double sink and well-equipped kitchen for the chef in your family with all the dishes, pots, and pans needed to prepare and serve meals after a relaxing day on the beach. The kitchen has black stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, cooktop stove, an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a Keurig to go along with a regular coffee maker with a full-size pot. The living room has a 50-inch 1080 HD TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and an iPod/iPhone alarm clock with a docking system. The private main bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, with a safety handrail. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a table and chairs on the balcony for watching many sunrises and sunsets. All linens and towels are provided; just bring your beach towels and you'll be ready to vacation at the beach! The owners also have beach chairs available so you can enjoy the beach during the beach service off-season. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.
