This beautiful, third-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this Florida room inspired vacation rental include a kitchen with all the appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath has a walk-in shower and the second bath has a tub. This condo also features a washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge. The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property. We’ve stayed at Island Echos multiple times but it was our first time in this condo. It wasn’t bad but I won’t book this one again. The washer was moldy and the bed is comfortable but it seems like the frame is broken because you roll right to the middle of the bed and it squeaks and makes cracking noises. Other than that it was fine but we will book our usual condo next time instead of 3I.

This condo was fine, but it was overpriced considering that the Wi-Fi did not work, the shower did not drain, we were not given any real blankets, the pullout mattress was dirty, and the floors were extremely dirty. If cleanliness does not matter to you, then this is a great day. The view is great, and the beds were comfortable. The condo building was easy to find and very accessible. It’s super nice that you don’t have to check in at a front desk, and you can use a door code. We felt safe the whole time we were there.

We like Island Echoes, the condo was convenient to either use the steps or the elevator. It was quiet and there was enough room for a family of 4.

not worth the price. you get 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 packages to wash clothes with, and 2 packets of dishwashing powder. dishwasher didn’t work anyway. it was just dirty and everything is outdated. bare minimum for a way higher price than necessary. maybe it’s the area? no idea. if you want a bed to sleep in on the gulf, than this is for you. if you expect a little bit more, than go elsewhere.
