This was my family's first time staying at High Pointe and we had a wonderful time. This unit has wonderful views of the beach and the common areas feel quite larger than they appear in the images. As the listing mentions, the internet can be a bit spotty, but we mostly had consistent coverage. We couldn't get the TV in the living room or the master bedroom to work (and Vacasa wasn't responsive when we wrote to ask about this issue), but the one in the second bedroom was fine. The pool is wonderful, and compared to other properties, we appreciated the fact that after the first day, we didn't have to go down to the beach every morning to claim our chairs. We'd recommend this unit and stay here again.

Lovely condo with amazing views and location. Would I stay here again-yes. Did we have tons of issues-yes. Maybe just as luck but I would still stay here again and recommend hoping for a less stressful experience. At check in dishes still dirty, full, and in machine. I thought we didn’t have any silverware. Condo wasn’t ready at 4. She finished about 30 min later but it was cleaned well. Didn’t give us enough bands so gate lady wouldn’t let my daughters leave or return if they choose to leave the property. Told us she would get them to us the next day? Not acceptable if they are required to get in and onto beach. Hot tub not working during stay, several lights out, cable/internet went out daily, and dryer was broke which no one informed us of and we washed our clothes to have to air dryer towels. Not fun. No help or remedy was offered and they seemed annoyed. Service is outsourced to Belize so no one could ever answer questions and local stuff did not help. So condo is fantastic-service company not so much.

We loved the beach front condo. Amazing view of the beach from the balcony. The pool was so much fun and never crowded. The beach was incredible with soft sand great weather. The water was clear and warm. We were so glad to have the chairs and umbrella included. The condo was comfortable and felt like home.

Truly a beautiful view but quality of furniture and items in the house could have been better. Needless to say we do love High Pointe as a community.
