Nice condo, clean, updated, stocked with plenty of towels which is a plus. AC works great, beds were comfortable. Perfect location on second floor right next to the stairs

This condo was very clean and king bed with cotton sheets was comfortable. Location in the building was away from the pool (quiet) and near the stairs so access was easy to the boardwalk. Be sure to bring beach towels (none provided)!

Our family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) loved our stay at this property. The location is perfect, literal steps from the beach. The condo is on the opposite side of the building from the pool so even if there were night swimmers, they were far enough away to not disturb. The room was spotless upon arrival with plenty of towels available. The guest shower is very large stall shower which is helpful when having space to move around with small children. The bunk beds may be in little awkward spot in the hallway but with 3 kids (5, 7, 9), they didn’t care at all and loved having their own tvs on each level of the bunk. Plenty of kitchen items and appliances to include both a regular coffee pot and Keurig, a large French door fridge with large lower freezer, and a pretty new flat top electric stove/oven. The pull out bed was a bit thin and uncomfortable for an adult so it might be a good idea for a mattress topper or even blowup bed (probably find for kids). TVs all had streaming devices as well. Communication with pre-arrival, check-in, and check-out was fantastic and staff was immediately response with any questions. I’d absolutely recommend this unit and would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful view of the beach. Didn't go to the pool but looked very clean and refreshing but we were there for the beach. Very nice condo we would stay again.
