Crystal Sands 303A is a newly updated and professionally decorated home with modern colors and a welcoming feel. Beautiful new tile floors greet you when you open the door as your eyes are drawn outside to the emerald waters. Enjoy the benefit of having a stackable washer/dryer. Breathtaking new granite countertops and stainless appliances will make you want to stay in every night and cook dinner. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. Brand-new furniture in the dining and living rooms have been tastefully arranged to take advantage of the Gulf views. The main bedroom offers brand-new contemporary furniture and a new king mattress with new bedding. The second bedroom upstairs is an open loft with a full bed and a bunkbed set up, along with a private bathroom. Both bathrooms boast new fixtures, and the guest bathroom has a walk-in closet that will allow guests the comforts of home while on vacation. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy watching your favorite show on the TVs in the living area and bedroom. THINGS TO KNOW Beach service is included from May to October.

View and location is awesome! Bed was very comfortable. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, it usually takes me a few days to get comfortable, but I felt right at home 1st night. Property Management text me upon arrival to make sure everything was clean to our liking, then they called the next day to make sure over the phone, we had a slight issue with the shower not draining quickly and they came out quickly because when we got back from the beach shower drained perfectly. I am planning to return next mount for our sins birthday and new years! Highly recommend this unit and Vacasa.

I absolutely loved this unit!!! This was my one of my many stays at Crystal Sands and this has been one of my best visits! Guest services was attentive and called to check on us, They unit was ready when we arrived, very clean, and welcoming. This is one of my favorite condos because of the location and waking up to the beautiful gulf view. I will definitely book this unit again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
