Spacious, Beachy Condo At Waterscape Children's Playground, 2 Hot Tubs is described as an amazing, family-friendly stay that offers excellent value through its spacious layout, thoughtful setup, and comfortable home-away-from-home feel. Overview

Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the ‚Äúheartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. Choose another property if you can. This is my third time staying at Waterscapes and this time has been by far the worst time I’ve had. I never received an email with the code to get into the condo, so we had to wait once we get there to get in touch with a representative and get the code. When I walked in, I could tell that the floors were gritty, as if they swept the floors, but they did not mop the floors before we came. This made me very nervous about sleeping in the beds because I am very clean. The toilet in one of the restrooms ran constantly, and it was very annoying. Every time I baked food in the oven when I opened it, the heat hit your face abnormally. There should really be a sign to warn people. It’s truly a lawsuit waiting to happen. Last thing they charged me $50 one band. I turned my bands in but cannot get my money back because I can’t prove that they returned in. Also on the checkout sheet that they sent me when I made the complaint about the bands, that I’m assuming the housekeeper filled out, had January 16 instead of January 14, which is when I checked out. I’m wondering if the next residence lost a band, but they decided to charge me instead. I’m very disappointed with this property and it’s management.

Loved the open concept as well as the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Only complaint is the view was of the parking lot which as not expected.

Our family has been to Waterscape several times—if you’ve never been, the property is amazing and worth every penny. This unit was incredibly comfortable for our family of four. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and was “modern” in its finishings and furnishings. As a “home away from home,” this unit made daily vacation life so easy—all of the kitchen items I needed for grilling or small cooking tasks, toiletries in the showers, ample towels, and plenty of living and dining seating for my family. My daughter said we should “just move into this condo” and stay. I’d recommend this condo to anyone!
