Gulf-front third-floor condo with WiFi, pool, beach boardwalk & central AC

View was perfect. Having the elevator and luggage carts are such a life saver. Access to the beach, the pool or to leave the property is so easy. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to my friends .

This place has everything you need to feel home while being away on vacation. The kitchen has roomy fridge and all the appliances are working well. Having washer and dryer in a private use made our stay really comfortable. The view from a balcony and a short walk to the beach - what can be better?

This was a great unit. Nice furniture, comfortable bedding and a great location. The unit had books, beach service, extra folding chairs and a board for the kids. We bought a few extra shovels, buckets and sifters we left for the next guests. There are a lot of good restaurants within a very short distance. We will try to stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Crystal Sands and we love these condos. This one was very nice, lots of space, clean and location is awesome! Love that the beach is private and not many people. We will def be back.

We recently stayed at this condo and overall had a great experience! The location was excellent, we felt safe the entire time, and the view was absolutely amazing—especially from the comfy lounger on the shaded balcony, which quickly became our favorite spot. There were a few minor issues worth noting: when we first arrived, the unit smelled a bit like mildew, though that quickly disappeared. The shower curtain had visible mildew, a few outlets were missing covers, and some of the chairs had seats that were busted out but were covered by cushions. None of these things ruined the trip, but given the cost of staying in Destin, we were a little surprised by the wear and tear. A bit of TLC would go a long way here. On the plus side, the condo had several thoughtful touches that made our stay more comfortable: plenty of pillows, a very comfy couch, cute décor, and stocked bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Again, the balcony and that view were a huge win! All in all, none of the cons would deter us from booking again. With a few updates, this place could easily be a 5-star experience. We’d 100% stay here again!

Home was clean and came with lots of books and even extra beach chairs. The washing machine stopped working after one day and even though someone came to look at it, it wasn’t fixed. They left dirty laundry water in the machine the whole week I was there. Was offered a $25 ppd refund “that I could use to wash my laundry at a laundromat”. Just what I want to do, spend hours of my vacation at the laundromat. Doesn’t matter, if they were truthful that refund has had plenty of time to hit my bank, but it hasn’t. Doubt it ever will. Also, if you arrive towards the end of the month, they change the pool and beach gate codes on the 1st and don’t bother to let anyone know.
