Unit B107 is on the first floor of the resort and is easily accessible. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with bench seating. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area with a TV/DVD player for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a leather queen sofa bed and loveseat, 50' high definition TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The first primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with handicap accessible roll-in shower and garden soaking tub, 32' high definition TV, and DVD player. The second primary bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and soaking tub, 32' high definition TV, and DVD player. this home has tile flooring throughout, blackout curtains on all windows, hairdryers in each bathroom, a stackable washer/dryer, and has WIFI internet access. There is a ramp outside the unit near the side loading area in the ‚ÄúB' building at Waterscape for easy loading and unloading. The bath in the first primary bedroom is ADA compliant with a pedestal sink and roll in shower with safety bars. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities.
