Condo On Okaloosa Island Children's Playground, 2 Hot Tubs

This home is decorated beautifully. We really appreciated the washer and dryer. The kitchen trash can definitely needs replaced as well as the bed frame in the bedroom. The reviews on the bed frame are accurate. The furniture although pretty is very uncomfortable, especially for taller people. We did not notice this until it rained one entire day and we were inside all day. The place could use more kitchen storage options. These things wouldn’t make us not want to stay again. It is still a lovely home. We purchased Tupperware to use and it was fine. The condo and the pool amenities with fun family activities were great! The staff were all very friendly! The only downside is the chairs and umbrella that state “come included with your stay.” Two days we went down early after they were set up and were told any chair set with no reservation tag was ok to sit in. However, our belongings were bagged up and sat in the middle of the sand while we were away from our chairs. A reservation tag was then placed on the chair set we were already sitting at AFTER they moved our belongings. It was a white tag, not pink, so I’m not sure if this was a last minute reservation from someone or what. Either way, the chairs and tags had already been put out. We were told that when we asked where we could sit. They checked our room number and stated anywhere in this specific area without a reservation tag. This was unfortunate for our three year old because he was so hot in the sun. He knew our stuff had been moved because he helped set it out and had been sitting in one of the chairs. He wanted to go make the people now sitting in them move. Staff should not be allowed to do this even if someone tries to late reserve a chair. Especially because they come included with the room which means they are already being paid for. For this to happen twice was incredibly frustrating. The stay with everything else was great. The beach chair situation needs to be figured out. They are definitely not “included” they just move your stuff and add a reservation tag hrs after they’ve been put out and your stuff has already been there which is not ok. I wish we could be reimbursed for all the days we did not actually get to use chairs. If we stay again we will most likely pack extras chairs and an umbrella just in case this continues to happen. Be prepared for this to happen to you. Overall everything else we enjoyed.

This property is great for families! It was comfortable with two full bathrooms, a king bed, bunk beds, and a pull out couch. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The grounds are a kids dream with 4 pools. Plenty of places to grill around the pools. We love the condo came with beach chair and an umbrella service. The property really has everything needed for a nice family vacation.

Upon walking in initially, it smelled like a clean unit. Once we returned with groceries is where the downfall was. Upon opening the fridge, the pungent smell of fish/seafood smell hit you in the face and triggered a gagging response. I know damn well the cleaning crew had to smell it when cleaning fridge but it wasn’t swapped out, which I hope it was since it also leaked out of the freezer side onto the floor. Then the AC went out the last night, hope whatever caused that will be checked on regularly so future guests won’t be uncomfortable.

I’ll be back but rent another unit

Location and amenities were great so good that we didn’t leave the property land on the hole week. but the condo needs care. The main mattress need to be replaced it sinks at the middle if you like to sleep on the side you will roll in. The bed frame needs to be tightened or replaced you can not move a finger with out making noises we had to put a water bottle on between the wall and the frame to be able to sleep (easy fix). Toilet drips water until flushes by it self at the middle of the night. Fridge also makes a lot a noise. We love that it had all the basics utensils to cook and both types of coffee makers kcup and brewing. Nice view to the kids pool

Our room was nicely decorated and well kept up. When we had any problems maintenance came immediately to fix them. Very happy with our stay will rent this stay again
