Unit B305 is on the third floor of the resort and has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is decorated with warming reds and greens and has a tropical feel much like the resort itself. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large glass top table with seating. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, daybed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. Unit B305 has memory foam mattresses in the primary and guest bedrooms. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Discounted snowbird rates are available.
