Beach haven with patio, lagoon pool, hot tub & pickleball - walk to beach

Bright and spacious unit within the spectacular High Pointe complex. This first floor unit was so convenient to completely bypass need for the elevator and easily go back and forth between home base, pool, and beach. As with other reviews, the curtains are too short to fully close both in the living room and master bath which is quite annoying. Have to get creative to get them to close and be able to change clothes/ sleep in privacy. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable.

Access to beach and the large pool were wonderful!

The bed frame in the master bedroom was broken we notice it the first night. We called the next day, but it was late, and no one could come to fix it, the only solution they gave me was to sleep on the couch or in the living room. Luckily we were able to assemble it enough for us to sleep there. The next morning they were there to fix it, but took some time. We also inquire about the curtains on the master bedroom not closing properly and them falling down, again my husband had to fix them, but we had to secure them with hairclips. Also, the washing machine was unbalance and make a lot of noise while spinning. I really couldn't use it. Other than those issues the place was clean and located perfectly in the first floor and close to the entrance. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool view was good, not too noisy.

Accessibility to the pool and beach cannot be beat! We loved being on the first floor with our kids!!
