The unit was clean with a beatiful view and the location was centrally located between Rosemary and Alys Beach.

Beautiful property although internet was slow, often times not working and the front bathroom shower was not draining well.

This condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked with kitchen needs and decorated lovely. The outdoor balcony was perfect and the view was unbelievable! Simply gorgeous to wake up to and to watch sunsets each evening. Our only negative was the WiFi issue. The service is really slow and not strong at all. The tv would lose signal in morning and not work all day. We worked around it by going to the big chill to watch football but if you need to work on a laptop you would have to go somewhere else. I don’t know if it is due to the age of the building or the concrete but if they could fix that issue I would give this place 5 stars!

We vacation at High Point ever year in the Fall. This year we enjoyed our room, the views, the beach but there are just a few things you should know before you book this particular room. The internet is non-existent. Oh sure, you can make if work for a short time but then it drops. You have to reset everything and try to connect again. We spend most of our time on the beach but this year a few days were cold and rainy so we were stuck inside. The TV doesn't work with out the internet. You can't play games, write emails, check your social. Better bring a book. And the cell service is also bad. We missed calls when we were in the room but had to walk to the parking lot to return those calls. It's a great place to hide if you're truly looking to "get away from it all." I'm sure these things can be addressed but I overlooked others warning me about them. They couldn't be that bad. Oh yes they can.

The room was great. The location was perfect.

The unit was clean, updated, & comfortable. The views were great and the walking distance to the pool, beach, & town was easy. The balcony furniture was nice and sturdy. There were no pillows or blankets on the couches (which made the place seem a little “cold”), and the WiFi was terrible, but we weren’t there to work so it was ok. Also, several of the outlets on the mirror wall didn’t work, but overall we enjoyed the room.
