Delightfully perched in Miramar Beach, this condo sits within a gated golf community located just a mile from the beach and super close to Baytowne Wharf, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, 30A, Jolee Island Nature Park, Raven Golf Club, Destin, Destin/Fort Walton, Panama City, and numerous coastal restaurants and shops. Brightly decorated and spacious, you'll immediately feel at home amidst the home's vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances. When you aren't dining out, you'll discover that the full kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Dining with your loved ones is just as easy underneath the glow of the dining table's chandelier. Smart TVs are available throughout the home in both the living room and each of the bedrooms. This was a great condo, close to the wharf and beach and beautiful view!

The rental itself was great. We stayed in July and weather was great. All the amenities to cook. The decor was beautiful , location was nice and had a great view of the bay. It was nice to be close to the wharf which we loved going to and walking the shops. But the golf cart was not on site as advertised when we got to the rental. We were a bit upset about this because it was not told to us before we arrived that it was not available and we had elderly parents and children with us. This completely shifted our experience. Everyone in the resort is driving around on golf carts and it makes getting to/from the beach much more convenient so not having access to one was a huge disappointment. This should have been told to us before we came and we may have adjusted our trip to a different rental. If you plan to come I would suggest speaking with the rental first to confirm a golf cart will be available. Or plan to use bikes, and the tram otherwise without either the beach access is too far to walk. The place was beautiful and plenty of space for our 8 guests but without the golf cart the accessibility to beach is a bit far. The resort overall was nice, and nice pools as well.

We loved the Bayside with quick and convenient access to the beach side with the golf cart. There are so many nature trails and other activities just within the condo area.

The resort had so many things to do. Make sure you explore both sides of the resort. Our family made so many memories we will definitely be back and the place was beautiful and accommodating
