The house was clean and very spacious and the water feature outside the back door was fabulous, but if you have more than 2 cars do not rent this house. The only negative I had was the parking

This property was great!! The 6 person golf cart was a real treat, and pretty essential. Kitchen, bedrooms FOUR full bathrooms and everything was fantastic. We had an issue pop up before our vacation was to start, and Vacasa more than made it right and was so helpful! Really enjoyed the location of this property as well. I’m coming back here!

1st of I would recommend this stay to anyone, it was everything! However we did have some mishaps with the 6 seater Golf cart wasn't available to use but we was compensated for it, 1 of the showers didn't work and I'm waiting for that compensation to hit my account as I type this review. Also the master bedroom upstairs foot board to the bed wasn't attached and the bathroom lights went out. They sent maintenance out to take care of that and everything else was perfecto! The communication got off a lil bit because you're speaking with didn't CS agents but I asked for a manager so I wouldn't have to repeat myself over and over. We loved our stay from Thursday to Sunday for the price we paid and we would most definitely be back. This was our 1st time visiting Destin, 1 word of advice I would give is please make sure your agents make notes from every call or text so the next agent will already have an idea of what's going on. I don’t know where to start. We had a very difficult time. We felt very frustrated First of all because of the parking lot, we had three cars and there were no space for parking and then we got fined for parking in the cars like the other neighbors were parking. We was not very happy with it. The next day they call me not to warn me that I have made a mistake, but to fine me with $100 fee for violating the parking . There was additional parking but all busy it was a very busy time to come to Destin. Second of all The shower in the room by the laundry doesn’t work. Also the coffee maker keurig doesn’t work and the laundry didn’t work very well as well especially the dryer won’t dry.
