This location is the perfect balance between relaxing privacy and access to the treasures of the sea and community.

This home was a great location close to both pool and ocean. The back of the unit felt private and we enjoyed our stay. There are no beach towels provided with the unit. We looked before we left and couldn’t find a review that said whether or not they were included. We had to purchase when we arrived. Not a huge deal just would have been helpful info for us as we were packing. Overall the unit was a nice size for our family to spread out but still have good family time together each evening.

Loved the peaceful and private spot on this great resort property

We asked about early check in since we have stayed previously and have always had a wonderful experience and we were essentially told to go fly a kite. We were told that they would need until 4 to clean. We arrived at 3:58 and could not enter with the code provided, waited until 4:00 and still wouldn't work. After waiting for the door to be figured out which was after the check in time that they were so insistent on, we entered the condo and the smell was absolutely disgusting. We sprayed air freshener and it was a constant smell. Considering we were told it would take housekeeping 4 hours to clean (which is why we couldn't check in early) I would think the odor would have been of cleaning products but instead it's a foul smell of fish or something malodorous. The ceiling looks to have a great deal of mildew or mold possibly massive dust build up and we wonder if that's the reason for the odor. Looking at the AC to see if we had spray we noticed the air filter is full of dust and needs changed and considering the damp rod in the closet I am thinking there's a mold issue from moisture. Took 2 requests for it to be replaced. Drawers in the room were not cleaned out - we found someone else’s jeans, the couch and living room chair was stained and dirty. The couch was rock hard, when we went to see why it was because plywood used as the couch was broke. Master bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, kitchen sink leaked, when water was spilled in the floor it went through to the condo below us, they came up to let us know this is a regular occurrence anytime something is spilled. Flooring was around throughout the condo, hall bathroom tub sounds as if you could go through it when in use, no stability or confidence that you could safely shower. The dryer did not dry, it took at least 3 cycles to dry clothing that was made to dry quickly i.e. bathing suits. Kitchen chair is shredded at the bottom, dead palmetto was found under the table, closet for beach gear was already unlocked and the keys inside do not fit into the lock. Linens and drawers for rooms were dirty. Not sure what took 4 hours to clean and if this is the new standard we won't be back. The only reason we ended up staying was because we had no other choice. For the amount charged to stay and fees for cleaning I consider this to be a complete waste of money. I have photos of all issues as well.
